Sounds like an excellent routine. I need that LED mask! Frozen berries in boiling porridge is good way to instantly cool it down (if they don’t object to the defrosted mushiness).
Keeping porridge bowls in the freezer is also quite effective if the berries are rejected. Or one ice cube seems to disappear and get re absorbed pretty fast. Wow I had no idea how much headspace I devote to cooling food down fast (not a great thing to realise). I love that pic of your granny X
Lots of similarities in our morning routines & couldn’t be without CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser or sugar* in my hot beverages.
Always tell myself there’s no limit on my acceptance of cuddles in bed yet; habit still strong at 11 years old now (🥹!) I treasure every single one in case it IS the last.
Hope you have a lovely, long Weekend.
S.O x
*I’d given up sugar for years but was actually advised to increase my salt & sugar intake because I’ve got POTS🫀Silver (spoon) linings…

This reminds me of my life at the same stage - 37 years ago! I now have an adorable little dog to give me the morning cuddles.
